Besco Medical(“Besco") warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that the products it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.The warranty term for products is one(1) years beginning on the date of Bill of Lading. Electrical parts and batteries are expendable materials and are covered by a limited warranty of 6 months.During the term of the warranty period Besco will repair or replace products covered under this limited warranty that are returned to Besco's warehouse.
Service & Support
Besco provides free Telephone or Email technical support for diagnosing hardware problems with your system throughout the warranty period.Purchaser must contact our technical support service before attempting to return any part.
Return of any goods must be authorised.Please contact us for authorisation.Returns are to be made at the expense of the purchaser.Besco shall not be liable for risk of loss or damage during shipment of your returned system or parts if you fail to insure the shipment.
Products not available for return include (but are not exclusive to):
1)Items purchased on a “special” or “custom” basis
2)Items deemed to be indent products
3)Products that have been used,processed,or sterilised,or are without original packaging, labelling or operating manuals,etc.
Besco owns all parts removed from repaired products.Besco uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs and building replacement products.If Besco repairs or replaces a product, its warranty term is not extended.
